Dosage Instructions
Take the following amounts three times a day after meals, and additionally before bedtime if necessary. You may take up to six doses per day, ensuring a minimum interval of about 4 hours between doses.
Measure the syrup using the included cup with markings. After use, wash the cup thoroughly and keep it clean along with the medicine.

Acts on the sympathetic nervous system to relax bronchial passages, ease breathing, and calm coughs.
Excipients:
Xylitol, reduced maltose syrup, sodium chloride, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, and flavoring.

Do Not Use If:

- While taking this medicine, do not take any other medications containing:
- Cold remedies
- Pain relievers/fever reducers
- Sedatives
- Cough suppressants or expectorants
- Antihistamines (including medications for rhinitis, motion sickness, or allergies)
- Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine (may cause drowsiness).
- Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
- Do not use this medicine for a prolonged period.
Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If:
- The child is currently receiving medical or dental treatment.
- The child is pregnant, may be pregnant, or is breastfeeding.
- The child is elderly.
- The child has a history of allergic reactions to medications.
- The child has any of the following symptoms:
- High fever

Anaphylaxis (shock): itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat irritation, difficulty breathing, palpitations, confusion.

Severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis): high fever, eye redness or discharge, lip irritation, sore throat, widespread rash, small bumps on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite.

Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.

Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath after mild activity, coughing, fever.

Asthma: wheezing or difficulty breathing.

Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin/mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine.

Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

Kidney problems: fever, rash, reduced urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.

Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: widespread redness, rash, fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).
