Our Virtual Fitting & Adjustment Appointment is designed to mimic our in-person fitting and adjustment experience as closely as possible. Our 110-Point Horse & Rider Saddle Fit Assessment covers every point - big and small - that can affect saddle performance and fit, and it was non-negotiable to us that we offer this same attention to detail to our Virtual clients as well. Our Virtual Fitting & Adjustment Kits include additional tools and supplies to compensate for common mistakes that can easily be made by inexperienced or first-time users. Along with our full, standard Fitting Kit, you will be sent a Flair Adjustment Kit. Regardless of distance, you and your horse will receive the same care and attention our in-person clients enjoy. We've gone to great lengths to design a Fitting & Adjustment Kit filled with everything you'll need to be our hands during your video appointment, and we know you'll love the results.

Our Virtual Fitting & Adjustment Service is $250, with a $500 deposit. Once your appointment is over, and the full Kit has been returned to Delfina Saddlery, a $250 refund to your original payment instrument will be immediately issued.

We also sell Flair Adjustment Kits which you can keep and use during future Virtual Adjustment Appointments - eliminating the wait time for shipment of our Fitting & Adjustment Kit. Neither Delfina Saddlery nor WOW recommend or advocate riders try to adjust their Flair or Flair MKII Systems on their own without supervision from a trained, Certified WOW/Flair Saddle Fitter, but having this kit handy means you'll always be prepared in the event your saddle requires a last-minute Virtual adjustment.

Your Virtual Horse & Rider Saddle Fitting & Adjustment Service includes:

• Evaluation of your horse's conformation and your body's conformation.
• Video clip assessments of you in your current saddle that allow us to see your horse's current way of going and establish his baseline behavior under saddle. You will receive a list of short ~30sec video clips we would like to see, including all three gaits in both directions, plus a few jumps (if you're a jumper) at your normal schooling height. You must complete these clips before your initial Fitting & Adjustment Appointment.
• Instructions on determining and marking your horse's dominant shoulder, 18th vertebrae, and natural girth groove before your scheduled appointment time.
• Over Zoom, FaceTime, or Pivo Equestrian, we'll walk you through use of the WOW Saddle Gauge to determine two potential saddle builds that will work for your horse. Due to the available settings and options on the Saddle Gauge, there are always several combinations that could work for a given animal. This step is vital for riders already using a WOW Saddle, as your horse's body could (and probably has) undergone changes since he was initially fitted.
• Detailed instructions on making a 3-dimensional wither & topline tracing using the included Flexi-Ruler, chalk, poster board, and pens.
• A list of additional still photos to take following your fitting & adjustment appointment
• We'll then tack up and head to the arena to get your Flair or Flair MKII panels adjusted. Your Saddle Fitter will be comparing his movement, expression, engagement and demeanor to the video clips you provided before your appointment, searching for signs of improvement.
• We'll then untack and walk you through the final sealant of your saddle's Flair or Flair MKII System
