1980’s Diane Freis aqua blue multicolor paisley print dress in Georgette poly. Aqua with purple & pink paisley pattern with gold chains and shadow stripe pattern. Ruffled pleated polka-dot flounce collar with peasant neck ties. Cinched waist with belt (belt AS IS - stiff from age and some rust on belt). Knee-length skirt. Never worn (plastic still on neck tie fringe).
