The Gallet Adanac Navigator was introduced in the mid-20th century as a purpose-built chronograph for pilots and military use. “Adanac” — Canada spelled backwards — was used by Gallet for North American markets. The Navigator became known for its multi-scale dial, allowing calculations for speed, distance and fuel consumption. Favoured by aviators during the jet age, it combined precision timing with practical functionality, and remains one of Gallet’s most recognisable and collectible models today.
