This is a yellow degreasing powder made for kitchen cleaning including floors and fat fryers

The Jangro Degreasing Powder has the ability to clean deep down on floors and walls. Suitable for boiling in fat fryers, etc.

Pack size: 10kg, Odour: Odourless, pH: 11.5-12.5 (1% solution), Dilution: Fat fryers 1:85, Floors 1:160.

How to clean and degrease kitchen floors and fat fryers

Fat Fryers:

1. Drain out oil. Fill with clean water to level.
2. Add 60 grams of Degreasing Powder per 5 litre of water
3. Bring to boil
4. Simmer for 10 minutes then drain out the solution, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Refill with oil.

Kitchen Floors:

• Add 30 grams of Degreasing Powder per 5 litre of hot water in a mop bucket.
• Mop solution on to floor, allow a little time, then mop up and leave to dry.

Note - DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM!
