Cobalt blue rayon velvet wrap 1940s wrap dress by “Peer.” Has matching belt with velvet covered deco shaped buckle. Great vintage condition, has moderate wear to velvet and belt buckle that is consistent with age of garment.

Model is 5’2” with 32” bust 24” waist.

Hook and eye has been moved on the waist to fit a 24” waist, but eye can be moved easily to accommodate up to a 30” waist.

Bust approximately fits 36-38” with some versatility as it’s a wrap style.
