Gorgeous vintage 60s off white / cream Asian Lounging Set.

Medium weight off white / cream woven rayon cheongsam style tunic top and pants set.

The top features a hand embroidered 3-D metallic gold dragon accented with blue, white, black and red as pictured.

Accented with bands of black woven rayon on the collar, sleeve ends, pockets and front placket as pictured.

Closes with concealed metal snaps on the front underneath non-functional decorative flower shape frogs.

Elasticized sides at the waist and sleeve cuffs as pictured.

Front patch pockets as pictured.

Matching off white / cream wide leg pants. The front of the waist is black rayon and the back is cased elastic. The bottom leg openings feature bands of black rayon to match the top.

The set is unlined.

There are no tags on this set, although these were most likely made in Japan in the post World War 2 era and brought back to the United States in the 1950s by an American serviceman.

CONDITION: Excellent ~ There are no odors, discoloration, fading, snags, picks, holes, stains, or rips. The colors are very vibrant and bright. The only thing is a 1/2" diameter light water mark on the back of the left hip near the center back seam which should come out when cleaned.

SIZING: There are no size tags. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Medium.
