Condition

Fair, with some flaws to note.  This dress has been professionally repaired at the neckline, but upon close inspection, there are light signs of fraying and repair.

The most notable flaw is a small, dark stain at the hip on the skirt (see image) that did not come out with professional cleaning.  There was clearly originally an overskirt made of tulle that has been removed by a previous owner, and there is the formation of a small hole where the bodice meets the skirt at the hip (see image).

The less obvious flaws are some small, light stains throughout, that mostly get lost in the layers of the skirt, or in the business of the floral pattern (see images).  There is also a frayed hole on the upper bust that has been patched from behind - it is hardly even noticeable as it is behind a tulip on the print, but the fabric there should be treated with delicacy (see image).

There is some light seam stress at the back darts (see image).  Lastly, someone attempted to repair holes at the hemline by stitching them shut somewhat awkwardly (see images), but they mostly hide in the folds of the full skirt.

This dress is still presentable despite its flaws and has been reworked professionally as best as it could be to simply save the piece, as the price has been marked for flaws.
