(Could be carefully worn, too).....FABULOUS~ In bird feathers on velvet and felt base, the feathers are still pretty well intact. Velvet ribbon is in shades of blue and black & a bit of yellow grosgrain ribbon. From the seemingly pricey millinery L. McHATTIE of New York, the lining inside is tearing on one side - an easy fix though I would leave it as-is myself.....9" x 7" plus 24" long ribbons, this was meant to sit on top of any sized woman's head..
