Felt Metatarsal Pads are quarter-inch-thick, skived (contoured, tapered edges) adhesive-backed pads designed to cushion and support the foot and treat forefoot pain. The skived Felt Metatarsal Pads, also known as met pads, can be adhered directly to the foot, placed on an insole or orthotic, or inserted directly into your shoe. Great for dress shoes and sandals. Their density holds up well for weeks.
