Measures 31 at the waist, 44 through the hips and length is 15. Fabric is PVC over rayon and acetate. Has A-line shape, large white plastic zipper down front, no pockets. No maker's label; has care tag only. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; old store stock never worn. True colors are chartreuse with white zipper.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
