Condition

Excellent, only minor flaws to note.  Please see images.

There is a pin-point rust spot below the waist line on the side.  There is a snag in the weave of the skirt fabric (manufacturing flaw) on the side.  There is an extremely faint discoloration just below the waist in the front (you really have to look for it).  There are staples inside of the belt that have some rust (not visible during wear).  Overall all flaws can go without notice.
