This BELLE dress Princess costume is made of a cotton solid fabric that is machine washable and hang to dry. This BELLE dress features a scalloped over skirt with pink ric rac and large pink roses. The front has a sweetheart neckline, a wide gathered strap sleeve and a topped with a pink bow. The back has elastic and a tie back for the perfect “retro” fit.
