Will this fit over my existing fog light or parking light cutouts?

The ER-M cover uses the same light aperture locations as the OEM rear bumper, so your existing fog and reverse light openings will align without modification. Before installation, test-fit and confirm your light assembly sits flush in the new bumper opening.

Can I paint this before or after bolting it on?

Most builders sand and prep the cover off the vehicle, apply primer and base coat, then install once dry. This prevents overspray on adjacent panels and allows you to feather edges cleanly. Bolt-on installation happens after your finish is cured.

What's the difference between FRP and my factory plastic bumper?

FRP is significantly lighter and holds sharper panel lines longer — the ER-M profile stays defined under track use. Factory plastic can sag and lose edge detail over time. FRP also resists UV degradation better when properly sealed with clear coat.
