This skater skirt is made out of black stretch velvet fabric. It is fitted at the waist and flared at the hem.

■SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. Choose your size based on your waist measurement. This skirt is high-waisted with stretch fabric and an elastic waistband. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
