Hand-painted batik peacock dress on a soft and stretchy twist-front tee dress. This batik dress features a rich earthy red dye blend with flowing peacock artwork in turquoise, plum, lavender, and gold tones. The flattering twist-front neckline creates an easy feminine shape while the lightweight cotton knit drapes beautifully and feels comfortable for everyday wear, festivals, travel, or dressing up with jewelry and boots.

Each dress is individually hand dyed and painted by Victoria Batikwalla on the Oregon Coast, in the good ole USA using ancient but simple batik techniques with hot beeswax and layered dyes.
