Yes. The aluminum cap is straightforward to drill or machine if you need to plumb a secondary vent line or overflow return. Work out your fuel system layout before final welding so you know exactly where to open it.

Will the 45-degree angle fit my engine bay layout?

The angle is designed to clear headers and tight installations where a vertical neck doesn't work. Measure your available space and test-fit before committing the neck to the cell — engine bay geometry varies significantly between builds.
