70s sleek Hawaiian halter dress by Tory Richard of Honolulu. Fabric is a middleweight off white polyester crepe with sweet bouquets of wildflowers in yellow, orange pink and green. Halter bodice has a built in padded bra and cross over neckline which gathers into an empire waist band. Skirt gathers on from there and flares out to a wide ruffle at the hem. The back has straps that start at the low back and attach to the button neckband. Dress fastens at side seam with zipper and hook and eye. Romantic beach vibes in this 70s maxi halter!
