Yellow knit cotton one-shouldered Summer dress with quadruple ruffled flounced skirt! There are four double fabric layers and a final unruffled tight layer to the skirt, which has a drop waist. This allows for the dress to be ruched at whatever length you desire. The neck drape can be worn off the shoulder or brought up closer to the neck.
