80s does 40s statement peplum dress from Canda featuring a wrapover bodice with cute peplum in a striking red and black print over a plain black skirt. The bodice has half length cuffed sleeves and is softly pleated from the padded shoulders with a detachable black modesty brooch. The elasticated waist has its original black patent belt and the skirt has a deep back split. Part lined (skirt only), pull on style. Looks great with red and/or black accessories.
