Do I need gaskets or sealant to install this header?

Gaskets are not included with this header. Source OEM or quality aftermarket header gaskets separately before installation to prevent exhaust leaks at the manifold flange.

Will this header work with my stock exhaust system?

This header is designed to flow into a standard exhaust system. Your existing piping will connect at the collector outlet — verify outlet diameter matches your current setup or mid-pipe before ordering.

Does the stainless steel need any prep or treatment before install?

Stainless headers ship ready to bolt on. You don't need to paint or coat them. If you prefer, light cleaning with a wire brush removes any light surface oxidation before installation.
