This perfectly sophisticated little black dress has bold shoulders and a nipped in waist, and fully lined. High round neck, short sleeves made of layers of satin ruffles, and pencil style skirt. Back center zip. Purchased at Bonwit Teller.

Bust measures 38", waist 36", hip 42", length 43". Very faint fading down one side of the hip from storage and the hem is a bit wavy and might need to be pressed, otherwise very nice condition.

This item was originally owned by Andrea W. of Greenfield NH, who once said that "Denim was the worst thing that ever happened to fashion." She collected a stunning collection of designer pieces through her life, filling up armories and closets with her excellent taste through the years.
