Stunning 1970's formal gown! Such a beauty for prom, a cocktail party, bridesmaid, costume, cosplay - you name it! There is such a lovely flow to it when you twirl or when the wind hits.

Sheer purple overlay and mauve/purple lining/underdress.

The flowers on the sleeves are so lovely, but not totally secure - they would need some more stitching to secure them. Or, you could sew different flowers in their place, or add to them!

No maker or fabric tag on this garment. It feels like both the lining and the overlay are polyester. There is NO stretch to this dress at all, so please note the measurements carefully.

This dress is in very good vintage condition. She is at least 40 years old, and has a couple issues - the seam below the zipper is ripped (see photo). This is an easy repair, and does not affect the wearability of the dress. There is also some minor snags/wear on the sheer layer, and some fraying at the waist. This is normal wear and tear, as the dress would have been worn when sitting, getting up, walking, etc.

There is also a minor stain (see photo) on the inside of the sleeve. Other issues are normal wear and tear - she does need to be dry cleaned, there is minor dirt on the bottom.

Waist: 27" (or possibly snug 28")

Hips: up to 40"
