The Blair is a utility style skirt with a button-front opening and belt loops. The skirt is fitted through the waist and hips with a straight fit to the hem. The pattern features optional pockets with inverted pleats and a belt for a stylish cargo look. The skirt comes in three lengths; mini, midi, and max.
