This woman’s black full length dress is by Peggy Jennings for size 4/6. I am making an educated guess about the size, please check the measurements. The dress is 100% silk and lined in 100% silk. It is in excellent condition, it may have never been worn. But, I am not the first owner, so I cannot be 100% sure.

Peggy Jennings is a small luxury clothing designer who has worked with heads of state, First Ladies, and CEO’s. She has dressed among others both Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush. She does work both sides of the aisle!

She designs everything in her studio. She uses the finest European fabrics, hand sews the buttons, and even lines everything in silk.

This black full length dress is 100% silk and is lined in silk. There is a 20 inch slit in the back of the dress.
