A flowy vintage dress from the early 2000s. This would be a perfect wedding guest dress for a summer wedding. The dress has spaghetti straps and a rushed chest area.  The dress is in various shades in blue with a "tie dye" like pattern in circle formation. It closes with a zipper on the side and has adjustable straps.

CONDITION: Near Mint! 
- The only flaw I could find was some staining on the lining facing out, near the hem. Possibly a drink was spilled?? 
- There is a very faint spot of yellowing on the top fabric right on top of the stain seen on the lining. It's not noticeable at all because of the pattern and its very faint. 
** we have not tried to remove these stains**
