Warranty

This product comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s parts only warranty. Items considered to have a limited lifespan including batteries, tyres and windscreen wipers are not covered.

Should you need an extended parts and labour warranty, we offer the options below:

Extended 12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)

Extended 24-Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Returns

• You have the right to return your products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new and original condition, and packaged in the original product packaging when returned.
• Please make sure they are suitable for your needs before purchasing. You can contact us if you require any assistance with making the correct decision.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
• Return shipping charges and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
