This has been hanging around for ages, nearly kept it. Just a useful black 30s jacket, great over bias cut dresses or even with jeans.. 

Lovely waterfall or stepped front dips at the centre, with a shawl like collar. Photos are awful - would be good with a bejewelled deco dress clip or brooch. 

Measures: 

Bust measured between seams to rear 20”, open fronted

shoulders 16” but fairly flexible fit (measured seam to seam)

Length from nape to hem approx 18”, then longest point dips to 20” at front

Underarm to cuff 18.5”

Condition:  again, selling A/F

It isn’t perfect, it has a few little worn spots/drops on the sleeve as shown, and a few areas of pressing to the silky velvet. May possibly have had green silk lining? Underarm seams bound in green. 

It is, however, still perfectly useable, and not too scruffy that you couldn’t wear it and look reasonably smart!
