The brightly colored fabric makes this vintage dress from Louis Feraud great fun! It has a simple round collar and straight sleeves with an elastic waist and a straight skirt. A second layer of the fabric curves over the skirt and forms a soft ruffle that runs down from the waist. Self belt is about 1. 5 inches wide. Back zipper for closure.
