Measures 16” across the shoulders, 40” through the bust, 29” at the waist, 42” through the hips and length is 41”. Sleeves are 5. 5” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 27”. Peplum is 17” long from waist to hem.

Dress buttons down front to hip level, has long peplum over a straight skirt. Fabric is rayon taffeta, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; but there are belt loops and no belt. True color is deep blue.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
