Big Agnes designed the Copper Spur UL2 for backpacking. A freestanding two-person model, its high-volume architecture creates a comfortable living space for multi-day adventure. The flysheet and floor feature Big Agnes' proprietary HyperBead fabric. The waterproof material is strong, stretch-resistant, and PFC-free. Fully taped seams increase durability.

The tent pitches inner first - on hot, dry summer nights, you can use it without the flysheet and enjoy a view of the stars. DAC poles, injection-moulded pole sockets, and TipLok Tent Buckles enable a fast setup. The TipLok buckles keep the poles, flysheet, and pegs secure and tensioned. Use the reflective guylines to increase stability in windy conditions.

The Copper Spur UL2 has doors and storage areas on both sides to aid access and gear organisation. The external doors open wide – you can connect them to a pair of walking poles to turn them into mini awnings. Two-way door zips and flysheet vents help with airflow management to reduce condensation. The inner tent includes overhead and side pockets to keep your camping essentials in check. The tent stows into Big Agnes' EZ Pack stuff sack, which has a large opening and compression closure to make packing everything away easy.
