60s mod mini dress made of great quality bright chartreuse or lime green lace over a soft & silky citron yellow lining. Shift bodice, squared neckline front & back, dropped waist with adorable grosgrain ribbon trim, side bow accent, fantastic ruffled mini skirt with scalloped hem, and rear zipper closure. No labels found but it isn’t home made.
