Vintage 1940’s RARE Amazing Hooded Rain Mac in Airforce Blue. 
A truly Spectacular piece of history with this rain Mac in such great condition. To set this beauty off, she has sharp collar points, strong shoulder pad action, large 5 x buttons down the front for opening, and up to the collar, with darts to the front waistline. Large pockets with button detail, lovely almost balloon sleeves into a fastened cuff. 
To the back with gathering again to the waistline to form a blouson effect and then a half back belt with button detailing.  The hood is secured with 4 x opening buttons for detaching and within the hood there is its own small neck belt/ collar to Fasten, to secure your hood from blowing off and keeping your hair in perfect shape.

Such a great versatile  coat, with its detachable hood and so easy to wear. Lightweight Gaberdine, a perfect weight for not only the drape of fabric but also for crazy days April showers, where we are not sure if it’s going to rain or not. 

Such a great silhouette, an iconic piece of history in fabulous condition (museum worthy) you don’t come across very often.

Please check these measurements carefully, as always for best accurate fit you would need to be smaller by approx 2”, however the front buttons could all be moved 1” +/- if you wish too.
