This is a stunning 90s black sheer floral crinkle chiffon-rayon long sleeve dress that can be styled in many different ways! Whether you want it elegant or grunge is up to you. It has long slim sleeves and an inner sheer plain black lining on the body and skirt. There are small black buttons running up the centre front (there is a panel underneath so it cannot be fully opened). Shoulder pads are attached but can be removed if desired. It has a drop waist where the skirt gathers and falls to mid calf.

LABEL: Has been cut off. Made in India. 
 
CONDITION: As-is. There is a large tear on the back of the dress near the hem that will need to be repaired or the dress could be hemmed shorter, cutting away this section. There is another small hole on the lining of the bodice.
