David Hyde is Black Manta. Played by Actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, this character from the DC Comics Universe makes his cinematic debut in the movie "Aquaman" (2018). With his high-tech battle suit and bug-like red eyes, Black Manta has enhanced speed, strength and durability as well as artificial gills to breathe underwater. With optic blast projection from his helmet, the Black Manta is not someone you want to be snorkelling along-side to on your next deep-sea dive.
