This is the most insane and precious 1970s cotton velvet dream smock dress by Laura Ashley, in the most divine burgundy hue. These smock dresses are always some of my most coveted pieces, they date from the late 70s, and are crafted in a stunning heavy quality cotton velvet. She has a button through finish, divine sleeves with cuffs and a full sweeping silhouette, she also has pockets. There really is no dress more perfect for autumnal wanderings, and I cannot wait to see where she is heading. This one also comes with a matching waist tie.
