The front has a floral motif with a bright blue stone in the center of metal petals on a mother of pearl oval, encircled by a GF heart. It opens up at the back and presses closed securely so you can place mementos or photos inside if you wish. The back of the locket is signed PR ST. CO. (Providence Stock Company USA 1890-1950s) 1/20-12K GF. This dates the locket between 1941-1945. The piece also has it's original chain and clasp.
Measurements:
Locket only - 1. 5" H x 1. 25" W
Chain length - 18" (Princess Length - meaning it will sit at or below the collar bone, a very versatile length)
