Original vintage 1980s black velvet and rainbow sleeve evening dress by Marcel Fenez.

This is an elegant dress with the most spectacular sleeves. Cut with a high neckline, empire line waist and slim column maxi skirt to contrast against the full leg o' mutton sleeves. These are decorated with diagonal metallic rainbow stripes and finished with a long fitted cuff which fastens with loop buttons. Matching rainbow fold over collar. Fully Lined. 

This dress would also look gorgeous if shortened to mini length. (see picture, alterations can be carried out in house)
