Hook and eye closure on center upper back need a new hook, below the center back zipper functions but is missing pull

Lining is acetate and has discolored from age, but can't really tell, as seen in photos

Very well made piece, Underarms are lined bodice under the pleated sheer overlay, could use a trip to the cleaners

One belt loop in tact, one needs a stitch, no belt, no pockets
