Meet Blue Dove, she is the most INCREDIBLE and RARE 1970s cotton dream dress by my favourite British boutique label of the time, Dove Clothing Company. I have never seen a version of this dress come up for sale, she is crafted beautifully in a thick cotton with block print blue floral print and is just literally insane. She has huge angel wing sleeves, frill detailing and a full flowing breathtaking silhouette, I really hope this dress finds the best home, it is a really precious find and she will need to be prized from my palms.. 

This girl has a flexible cut depending on your desired fit would work on UK sizes 6/8/10 small 12

Bust - up to 36" approx - hard to get a precise measurement due to the cut of her sleeves

Waist - 32" does sit high

Length - 58"

The Blue Dove has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear. She does have light faded areas, this isn't too prominent, and I do think on a piece like this it adds to the charm, I think the hand block printed dyes age wonderfully and make them feel truly enriched with history.

 This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
