Please read this important notice regarding the warranty for all internally geared hubs (e.g., Shimano Nexus, Shimano Alfine, Sturmey-Archer, etc.) serviced by us:

 Hub Service and Warranty Coverage

All internal hubs we provide have been fully disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and professionally serviced prior to sale. This service guarantees the internal mechanism (gears, pawls, bearings) is in excellent operational condition upon leaving our facility.

However, this internal service guarantee does not constitute a full system warranty.

 ⚠️ Condition for Full System Warranty

A full operating warranty on the performance, indexing, and shifting quality of the internally geared hub can only be provided once the complete system is professionally installed and properly adjusted.

A full warranty is contingent upon the following professional installation requirements:

• Wheel Build: The hub must be properly laced into a wheel with correct spoke tension and dishing.

• New Shifter: Installation of a new, compatible shifter is highly recommended, as old shifters can suffer from cable friction or degradation.

• New Shifter Cable & Housing: A brand-new inner cable and housing must be used to ensure friction-free and precise shifting action.

• Proper System Adjustment: The gear selector/shifter mechanism (e.g., the yellow index marks on Shimano hubs) must be correctly positioned and fine-tuned according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The hub system is only warrantied against operational failure after it has been fully assembled, installed, and adjusted by a qualified bicycle mechanic. We cannot be responsible for poor shifting or damage caused by improper installation, the use of worn peripheral components (old shifters/cables), or incorrect adjustment.
