Unfortunately the measurements for each size have been cut off the packaging. This pattern is for a size 6 so for an XS.  
Other 1980s patterns of the same brand have stated size 6 as:
- Bust: 30.5"
- Waist: 23"
- Hips: 32.5"
I cant give the actual measurements since they are missing but hopefully this helps give you an idea.
