Late 30s, early 40s midi length dress is a Rayon knit with ribbed texture. Side metal zipper, belt loops, no belt (belt shown not included). Many unique details! Unusual flanged shoulders, no shoulder pads. Top brass button has 2 snaps unerneath to close at neck. Collar can be up or down as small Peter Pan collar. Modified Dolman sleeves are tapered and ruched at the arm openings. No labels! It's not perfect as can be seen in photos, most of which have been LIGHTENED to show detail. Fading all over, may be some small open seams. Original hem. Some holes in back (shown). Dark black is faded to brown in some places. Wear as is, with all its vintage charm, or restore it because it's worth restoring!!
