At least I’m pretty sure it’s a mask, and not a half hat! I’ve tried it on and it does fit as a mask.. 

Very nicely handmade, with velvet decorations edging a braided mesh panel. The velvet ‘winged’ edges are decorated with bugle beads.

It’s entirely handstitched.

Measures: 

Should fit most average adult heads! 
width of mesh section 7” edge to edge x 3.5” high.

Total height approx 7”

Condition:  Very good. The elastic is very slightly worn/rubbed at centre back, but still has plenty of stretch and is wearable immediately as it comes.
