The Kingsway is part of our Professionals Collection, a series of elegant dress shirts in understated blue and white patterns inspired by the historic tailors and craftsmen of London. Featuring dark blue dress stripes on white, the Kingsway has a traditional semi-spread collar and convertible cuffs which can be worn with or without cufflinks. The two-ply Egyptian cotton makes for one incredibly comfortable dress shirt that you’ll want to wear well beyond 9-5. Fitted using perfectly placed back darts and our signature Hugh & Crye sizing, our Professional shirts may just be better than bespoke.

Fabric

Egyptian cotton is a particular variety that is grown in only a few other places. It is renowned as some of the best in the world. It has an extra long staple, which means it has longer fibers, resulting in a silkier, more durable fabric.Poplin, sometimes called broadcloth, is a plain weave which means the threads alternately cross over and then under each other. This results in a very smooth and durable fabric that has an almost silky hand feel, particularly with higher thread counts. Also, poplins look very crisp when ironed.

Sizing
